Get a Beautifully Straight Smile With Invisalign

Do you suffer from a misaligned smile? Is your bite off? Are you tired of seeing yourself in photos with a closed smile to hide crooked teeth?

Invisalign® might be the answer you see. It’s the best way to fix teeth alignment that doesn’t require brackets or wires. There’s no permanent, pointy metal stuck to your teeth with Invisalign®.

Invisalign® is the most popular, hassle-free way to get a beautifully straight smile.

The Benefits of Invisalign®

Aside from the obvious fact that you’ll come out of your Invisalign treatment with straighter teeth than ever before, there are a few other benefits that Invisalign® has and some key points where it outshines standard braces.

Invisible Braces

The biggest concern most people have about braces is what they look like. Indeed, they aren’t the most appealing to look at, and they’re hard to hide, but with Invisalign® you won’t have to worry.

Invisalign® is practically invisible. The thin, clear plastic aligners are much like contacts – you may see them if you get up in someone’s personal space, but they’re indistinguishable during normal interactions.

Whether you can’t get traditional braces because you need to maintain a professional appearance, you don’t want to look childish, or you simply don’t like how they look, Invisalign® is the best option.

No Stuck Food

The spinach smile is a thing of the past with Invisalign®. You won’t ever have to worry about getting food stuck or the inevitable staining around the brackets when you finally get your braces off. No, with Invisalign® all you have to do is remove the aligners before eating and merely replace them after.

No Embarrassing or Restrictive Brace-Face Moments

If you’ve put off getting braces because you don’t want to ruin your sister’s wedding photos, you travel for work and wouldn’t have time to get them adjusted, or for any other reason, then Invisalign® is your solution.

Since Invisalign® is removable, you never have to worry about the awkward situations that traditional braces may cause. No more excuses with Invisalign®, they’re just that easy.

Pain and Agony-Free

You’ve probably heard the horror stories about how braces can rip up the insides of your lips or how the wires can break or shift out of place. While these stories are often exaggerated, braces can indeed be quite painful, especially after adjustments.

Invisalign®, on the other hand, is a pain and worry-free solution. There is no metal, no moving part, just a simple bit of plastic molded to fit your teeth. Additionally, as the clear aligners are all-encompassing, the even pressure they use to move your teeth is less noticeable than having them yanked around by braces.

Your Oral Hygiene Won’t Suffer

If you’ve ever known anyone with braces, you may have noticed that their oral hygiene tends to take a bit of a nosedive. Traditional braces are messy. They require extra care and special tools to keep clean, and most people don’t have the patience to attend to them.

Invisalign®, on the other hand, is a cinch to keep clean. All you need to do is take the Invisalign aligners off and clean them separately and clean your teeth as normal. Once everything is washed, slot them back into place.

Your Invisalign® Journey

If you’re considering getting Invisalign® then you’ll want to check out this brief walkthrough of the steps you can expect.

Stage 1

The start of your Invisalign® journey begins by booking your free consultation with us. In this stage, we’ll perform a complete assessment to see if your needs and oral health align with an Invisalign® treatment plan.

Stage 2

Once you’re ready to get Invisalign®, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan for your journey to a straight smile. At this stage, we take photos and impressions of your teeth. This helps us decide how long you’ll need Invisalign® for, what you can expect the finished product to look like, and its cost.

Typical treatments for adults last around 12 months and 18 for teenagers.

Stage 3

Step 3 is the exciting stage where you get your invisible braces. Here we set you up with your new aligners and teach you how to use them. This includes cleaning instructions, wearing directions, and learning how to get them in and out.

Invisalign® users wear their aligners 20 to 22 hours a day, so you need to know how they work, how to care for them, and how to get them in and out when you eat, clean your teeth, or participate in other activities where they would be a hindrance.

Stage 4

Step four is all up to you. This is the bit where you have to stick to your treatment plan and wear the Invisalign® braces.

Every two weeks, you’ll need to come back for new aligners. Each new set moves your teeth about 1/10mm, so the process requires quite a few. These visits also let us catalog the process to make sure everything is working correctly and that you’re getting the results you want.

Stage 5

Step 5 is the best and final step. This is the part where you get to go out into the work with your shiny new straight smile.

If we think it’s necessary, you might get a temporary retainer to keep your teeth from shifting until they settle in. This is where the process ends, and you can finally smile confidently for all the world to see.

The Benefits of a Straight Smile

While everyone has their own reasons to want a straight smile, here are a couple of popular ones you might be interested in.

Confidence and Beauty

Straight teeth are practically a requirement in this day and age, and not having them can be a major hit to your self-confidence. Studies show that people with straight teeth are more confident in their smiles and more confident in themselves.

The increase in your self-esteem and overall appearance makes you more likely to get better job opportunities and even better pay.

Lifelong Oral Health

Perhaps the more important benefit of Invisalign® is that straight teeth can lead to better oral health. Straight teeth are easier to clean, and they’re less likely to suffer chipping, decay, gingivitis, or gum disease.

Not to mention that once you’ve put in all the time, money, and work to get them straight, you’re more likely to look after them and maintain them.
