Lincoln Crossings Wellness Plan

If you have been delaying dental care because you don’t have insurance, we have a solution that will put you in charge of your care. For an annual fee, the Lincoln Crossings Wellness Plan allows patients with no dental insurance to visit our office for preventative care and receive discounts on a number of restorative and cosmetic treatments.

The Wellness Plan Includes:

• 2 oral health exams
• 2 basic cleanings
• 2 flouride treatments
• 2 oral cancer screenings (for adults)
• 2 periodontal screenings (for adults)
• 1 set of X-rays
• 1 emergency care visit
• $250 off clear aligner therapy
• $100 off a nightguard or retainer

Members also receive a 10% discount on select additional treatments, including:
